What is your hourly rate?
  • I will quote a flat rate for projects based on the scope of the work detailed to me. Most customers prefer this method so they know exactly how much they will pay even if the work takes longer than anticipated.
  • Any additional work not included in the estimate will be added to the invoice billed at a rate of $100/hr plus sales tax and the cost of materials with a one hour minimum.

I do not require an advanced deposit for you your project unless the estimated total cost is $1000 or more. If that is the case, a 50% deposit will be due 24 hours before the project start date. The deposit is refundable if you wish to pay with a different method when the work is done.

Parking fees are added to the final invoice if applicable.
I have a 6-month warranty on my work.
  • I accept the following payment types: check, cash, & credit or debit cards.
  • Payment is due within 7 days upon completion of work.
  • For projects more than $1000, Payment is due 14 days after completion of work.
I ask that the work area be free and clear for me to work safely and efficiently. Extra costs may be added if there isn’t enough space and time has to be taken to clear the area first.
