What is your hourly rate?
- I will quote a flat rate for projects based on the scope of the work detailed to me. Most customers prefer this method so they know exactly how much they will pay even if the work takes longer than anticipated.
- Any additional work not included in the estimate will be added to the invoice billed at a rate of $100/hr plus sales tax and the cost of materials with a one hour minimum.
Is there a deposit required for the project?
I do not require an advanced deposit for you your project unless the estimated total cost is $1000 or more. If that is the case, a 50% deposit will be due 24 hours before the project start date. The deposit is refundable if you wish to pay with a different method when the work is done.
Do you charge for street/lot parking fees?
Parking fees are added to the final invoice if applicable.
Do you have a labor warranty?
I have a 6-month warranty on my work.
What forms of payments do you accept?
- I accept the following payment types: check, cash, & credit or debit cards.
- Payment is due within 7 days upon completion of work.
- For projects more than $1000, Payment is due 14 days after completion of work.
Do I need to clear the area you will be working in or is that something you will do?
I ask that the work area be free and clear for me to work safely and efficiently. Extra costs may be added if there isn’t enough space and time has to be taken to clear the area first.
